Rules & Requirements
Before You Ride
Safety is our top priority. Please read through these requirements before booking.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 16 years old to operate
- Valid government-issued ID required
- Riders under 18 need parental consent
- All riders must sign a waiver
- Sober operation only — zero tolerance
- Swimwear or clothes you can get wet
- Closed-toe shoes recommended
On-Water Rules
- Life jacket must be worn at all times
- Stay within designated riding area
- No reckless or dangerous riding
- Maintain safe distance from other watercraft
- No jumping wakes near other boats
- Follow all posted speed limits
- Report any incidents immediately to staff
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours in advance
- 50% refund for cancellations 24–48 hours prior
- No refund for same-day cancellations
- Weather cancellations: full credit or refund
- Rescheduling available with 24 hours notice
Damage & Liability
- Renter is responsible for damage caused by negligence
- Normal wear and tear is covered by us
- A damage deposit may be required at check-in
- All riders must sign a liability waiver
- We carry full insurance on all watercraft
